How quickly will I get a response?

We typically respond within 1 hour during business hours. WhatsApp messages are answered almost instantly. For email inquiries, expect a response within 24 hours max.

Can I customize a safari itinerary?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom itineraries. Tell us your interests, budget, and travel dates, and we'll create a personalized safari just for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and mobile money (M-Pesa). A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your trip.

Do you offer travel insurance?

While we don't sell insurance directly, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. We can suggest trusted providers that cover safari activities and medical evacuation.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before your trip. Between 15-29 days, 50% refund. Less than 15 days, no refund but we'll help reschedule. See our full terms for details.
